Shipping policy

Thank you for ordering from rocket-bricks!

We'll start picking and packing your order as soon as we receive your full payment via PayPal. We usually turn round orders within a day or two of receiving payment and send them out asap.

Delivery via Royal Mail 2nd Class post can take 3-5 days from when your order is posted, however please allow up to 10 working days in case there are any delays.

There are no hidden charges. Our shipping options and prices are clear and include any handling, packaging and associated costs.

All orders are backed with our 30 day returns policy. If you're happy with your order, let us know and we'll organize a return. Returned items must be in the same condition you received them in as they will be put back into our stock room for resale.

Please note that item condition can be subjective. We sell items in the New condition where they have been bought in brand new sets (parts have not been played with, etc). Used condition is where the parts have been played with or put on display however we do not sell any used parts that are faded, broken or damaged beyond use. We are human and while we endeavour to catch all such parts before putting them on sale, some may slip through the net.
